Charging

Use a commercially sold AC adapter to charge this product.

Tip

  1. For an AC adapter, you are recommended to use one with 5V (7.5W or more) output (for example, compatible with USB PD).

  1. This product is not fully charged at the time of your purchase. Make sure to charge this product fully before using it.

Example: When using the supplied USB Type-C cable and a commercially sold AC adapter

A: Commercially sold AC adapter

B: Supplied USB Type-C cable

C: USB Type-C ports

D: Type-C plugs

  1. Insert the Type-C plug of the USB Type-C cable horizontally in the USB Type-C port of the AC adapter.

  2. Insert the Type-C plug of the USB Type-C cable horizontally in the USB Type-C port of this product.

    Tip

    When you charge this product while you are wearing it, we recommend that you insert the Type-C plug (L-shaped side) in this product. Alternatively, when you charge this product while it is placed on a desk, etc., we recommend that you insert the Type-C plug (straight-shaped side) in this product.

    Note

    When you charge this product while you are wearing it, make sure not to get the cable caught on people or objects around you. Also, untie the cable immediately if it is wrapped someone’s neck or body. Otherwise, this may lead to a serious accident or injuries.

  3. Insert the power plug of the AC adapter in the power outlet.

    1. Red LED is on during charging.

    1. Green LED is on when charging is completed.

  4. After charging is completed, unplug the power plug of the AC adapter from the power outlet.

  5. Unplug the Type-C plug of the USB Type-C cable horizontally from this product.

Note

There is a risk of damage if you pull or bend the cable during charging. When charging on a flat surface as shown below, be aware of the orientation of the USB Type-C cable.

It is also dangerous to use the charger with a damaged cable. Do not apply excessive force to the cable by bending or twisting it while it is connected.
