Description/Handling

Charging Error

The USB connection terminal is overheating. Unplug the USB cable and stop charging.

This appears when the temperature of the USB Type-C port became high. End all of the functions in use or stop charging if you are charging.

Also, confirm if the USB Type-C port is not wet or has no foreign substances.

There are not enough storage

Perform All Reset on your glasses from the settings menu.

Update is required

A software update is required to use MiRZA.

Update from your smartphone.

Unable to start All Reset

To perform all reset, check the following.

  1. The battery level is 15% or higher.

  1. The glasses software is not being updated.

This appears when All Reset is not available. You cannot perform All Reset in the following cases.

  1. While updating the software

  1. The battery level of this product is less than 15%.

Glasses are overheating

Charging and some functions are restricted to prevent the Glasses from overheating.

If the temperature does not drop, shut down the Glasses for safety.

This appears when the temperature of this product becomes high. End all of the functions in use or stop charging if you are charging.

If the temperature still remains high, power off for safety and wait until the temperature is dropped.

Glasses temperature is rising

Turn off unnecessary functions and stop charging.

This appears when the temperature of this product becomes high. End all of the functions in use or stop charging if you are charging.

Charging Error

Charging has stopped due to an abnormality being detected.

Check that there is no moisture or foreign objects on the USB connection terminal.

This appears when the temperature of the USB Type-C port becomes high. End all of the functions in use or stop charging if you are charging.

Also, confirm if the USB Type-C port is not wet or has no foreign substances.

Wi-Fi Disconnected

Check the settings on your smartphone and glasses, then reconnect from smartphone.

This appears when connection to a smartphone is disconnected. Check the following items.

  1. Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth of your smartphone are ON.

  1. This product is powered on.

When it does not connect automatically even if you wait for a while, tap [Launch Glasses] on the MiRZA app.

Wi-Fi connection to smartphone failed

Check the settings on your smartphone and glasses, then reconnect from smartphone.

This appears when connection to a smartphone is disconnected. Check the following items.

  1. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth of your smartphone are ON.

  1. This product is powered on.

When it does not connect automatically even if you wait for a while, tap [Launch Glasses] on the MiRZA app.

Low Battery

Charge this device to continue using.

This appears when the battery level becomes 15% or less. Charge the battery. Charging

Shut down shortly

Glasses will shut down due to overheating.

This appears when the temperature of the part that contacts with human body is high. All of the functions in use will end after about 5 seconds and then the power will turn off.

Stop charging if you are charging and wait until the temperature is dropped.
