If connecting a smartphone fails
If you cannot connect a smartphone when performing the initial settings, check the following items.
Cannot find the glasses (this product) when searching

This product may be turned off. Press the power button of this product to turn on.

This product may have already connected to another smartphone (including the smartphone you are using).
Refer to “Forget pairing“ and delete the connection information of the smartphone from this product.

Check if the Bluetooth connection standby screen appears on this product.
You need to complete the adjustment of the nose pads.
Pairing code does not appear on the glasses (this product)

This product may have already connected to another smartphone (including the smartphone you are using).
Refer to “Forget pairing“ and delete the connection information of the smartphone from this product.
After that, it is necessary that this product restarts and the Bluetooth connection standby screen appears.
[Connection failed] appears when connecting

Check the settings of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
Check if the Bluetooth setting is not off or Wi-Fi tethering setting is not on.

Previous pairing information may remain on your smartphone.
Refer to “B: Deleting the connection information on the smartphone“ and forget pairing with this product (unpair with this product).

When [Pair with MiRZA_xxxx?] appears on your smartphone, tap [Pair]. (The message may appear in the notification area.)
